Ben's Field Day - May 28, 2009

Jacob was not cooperating

(I had to walk home, put him to sleep, put him back in the stroller, and walk back)

so I missed the 5 yard dash and "lame" jump roping but here's the rest...

That's how far he actually jumped. He ran to the start, stopped, and jumped
but hey it was his favorite thing of the whole day

if he would've stayed there a couple minutes he would've fallen asleep

Ben's Vet's Office - May 19, 2009

Josey and I set up this vet's office for Ben for his birthday

We gave him a little food scale to use with it too

The x-ray machine, there are 4 x-rays for it including
one Josey made of a broken tail


Ben added this waiting room -
It has sections for land, flying, swimming, and ice animals

Astronaut Ben and his alien friends

I thought this giant kaleidoscope was really cool,
the boys were unimpressed though

Now this they were very impressed with until Josey said
"It's blowing it up with air, that's all"
To which Ben replied "lame" then they went on to something else

we got to stay up at a time

He is saying "ummm..freaky"

Josey buys some groceries from these 2 heathen kids

They were robbing the grocery store because the

bank was temporarily shut down

but they stopped to check out Josey's groceries

Of course the Vet's office was Ben's favorite part

He wants Adam to build some animal cages

and a sink and counter in his room for him

(he needed a bath, he had "way bad fleas")

Easter Morning

So the night before Easter Josey and Ben start talking about where

they think the Easter Bunny will hide the clues this year. Um, yeah,

I forgot all about that so after they FINALLY went to bed I was

up at like midnight making up clues. Here they are:

I hope you have a Happy Easter

That is my WISH

The first clue is next to the ____ (fish)

The next clue is easier then you THINK

It's in the kitchen, under the ___ (sink)

The next one's in the bahtroom

I hope that doesn't SPOIL IT

It's hiding in there

behind the ____ (toilet)

The next clue is hiding

out of SIGHT

Behind your mama's

favorite movie ____ (Twilight)

(FYI my favorite movie is actually Willy Wonka but what rhymes with Wonka eh?)

The next one's so easy

Rub-a-dub-DUB

It's in the ___ (tub)

I hope ya'll had fun

But now you need to go your own way,

Josey - clue B, Ben - clue A

Clue B - Go into your room and if you are ABLE

Find your basket under the train ___ (table)

Clue E - This one is really very EASY

Who lives in a pineapple under the ___ (sea = Jake's room)

I only have one picture of the clue finding because Josey had on no shirt

and would so not be amused if I had pictures of him "naked"

Somewhere in the midst of emptying his basket Ben lost his glasses case - tragic

The boys have been wanting to make a garden so mostly the Easter
Bunny brought outside toys and gardening stuff
